SHAN'T BE COMING BACK I revisited for acrylic infills and the individual cut the sides of my fingers with the electric file... very painful. Returned the following day as I was unhappy with how thick and unnatural they looked. They appeared better after Amy fixed them, but a day or so later, all my fingers became infected and extremely sore... then the skin around my nails peeled, and a month later, my cuticles are still swollen and prone to bleeding.
The service earns one star, outstanding service, it was a delight not to feel rushed in and out while getting my nails done for once! However, within a couple of days, my nails started chipping, and a week after the appointment, they began popping off... it's truly disheartening because this salon is local to me, but I paid a significant amount for these nails (which weren't even intricate or long), and to have this result is quite upsetting.
Absolutely fantastic. I opted for builder gel and top coats, and my nails have lasted nearly 4 weeks. They look beautiful. The team was incredibly helpful and took their time. Much appreciated.
