My spouse visited the place again this week for the second time, and what a contrast. The first time, the service was polite, friendly, and chatty. However, this time, they were rude and spoke in Chinese to a man sitting next to them for the entire 30 minutes. They refused to communicate with her except through hand signals, which was completely unprofessional. She was then offered a loyalty card, which she politely declined as she has no intention of returning!
The service was quick, and they offer walk-in appointments. However, I feel that the speed may come at the expense of nail care. After a few days, my nails started to chip, something I've never experienced before with gel nails.
I am extremely satisfied with my nails! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the employees are fantastic, and the nail designs are of top-notch quality.
