Waited an hour for a 'walk in' consultation. Completely disregarded throughout while other customers were seen with different issues and handled. Left hoping never to come back.
Obviously a completely absurd thing to do shutting down the chemist by the village doctors.. The poor team in this branch are now truly overwhelmed, overworked and yet they still manage to assist and still with a smile on their faces, many members of team have been there years and are incredible but they are seriously stretched.... Please open another chemist Thame for everyone's sake! I don't envy their job.
Exceptional customer care and service by the chemist Jas. Popped in to pick up my prescription and Jas suggested having my blood pressure checked. Not many chemists would offer to do so especially when they are busy. Exceptional bedside manner too.
