I've had a few negative encounters with male nail technicians in the past, but Andy here did an excellent job following my instructions. I will definitely return. Thank you, Andy, I adore my nails!
I really like my nails, but I felt a bit rushed during my last visit. I showed them the design I wanted, and one of the employees assumed I wanted the same shape as the picture without asking. It's understandable that it's busy with Christmas approaching, but this was the first time I had a negative experience. I will still return, hoping for better service in the new year and to avoid feeling rushed.
I've been a regular customer here for a few months now and I'm always pleased with both my nails and the service. The prices are very reasonable too.
