After a subpar initial visit, the manager promptly reached out to rectify the situation. The following day, I received a professional and efficient service to fix my nails. I appreciate the swift resolution provided by Royal Nails.
My visit was delightful, with the staff exuding politeness throughout. Not only are my feet now incredibly soft, but my nails look stunning as well. The serene atmosphere added to the overall relaxation. The only drawback was a mix-up with the nail polish type, as I ended up with gel nails instead of regular polish, resulting in an additional charge.
