I found the shop in London to be charming, with a diverse selection of beauty products.
The Superdrug in London was absolutely delightful, offering a wide array of beauty products at great prices. I often visit this store to purchase my preferred brand of shampoo and conditioner. The staff members are always friendly and eager to assist, especially when I'm exploring new products. The store itself is well-lit and spacious, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
I visited your store in London on 30th June to buy some bubble bath. I noticed that the item had a clearance sticker for £3.99, but the shelf label indicated £3.49. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she initially argued about the price discrepancy but eventually agreed and adjusted it. A similar issue occurred with the baby powder priced at £1.29 on the shelf but rang up as £1.50 at the till. This seems to be a recurring problem in many stores where the advertised prices don't match the actual ones. The staff tried to claim that the product was out of stock when the sales assistant confirmed that I had picked the correct size. If the store cannot honour the displayed prices, they should ensure that their pricing is accurate. The manager later admitted that the 100ml baby powder was £1.29 but out of stock, which contradicted the fact that I picked up the last one. The 200ml version was priced at £1.49, just 1p cheaper than the falsely advertised 100ml price, which was quite disappointing.
