My lad got his hair done by Harvey this morn, worst cut I've ever seen. Utterly dreadful!!! His locks are wrecked, he had quite a length on top. No more, thanks to Beckfields Barbers. I went back to ask for a refund and faced a lot of backlash from the customer whose hair Harvey was styling. I've now taken him to Barber Lounge in Ingleby to fix it, it's his prom too. Kudos to Barber Lounge for making it right. Never setting foot in that barbershop again.
Can't praise these chaps enough.. We faced some hurdles preventing us from coming to the shop with our lad. Not an issue! Barney arranged to come to us. That's exceptional, considering our circumstances, and I've never experienced such top-notch service. Jim and Tony also played a part in organizing this. Never had a bad trim from any of the gents, well done Beckfields Studio, you've renewed our faith in humanity. Undoubtedly the finest hairdressers in Ingleby Barwick. Thanks once more chaps.
