My daughter has started her Locs journey here and nearly 1yr later we are still coming back, attentive friendly staff who always accommodate, great vibe and conversation and extremely quick. You won’t walk away disappointed.
Last year, I embarked on my loc journey, opting for starter locs at what initially seemed like a reasonable price of £170, largely due to the apparent experience of the service providers. However, the experience proved otherwise. The lack of professionalism among the installers was glaring—they constantly changed the price on the spot, hinting at potential extortion. Moreover, the installation itself was subpar; the parting sizes were inconsistent, and overall quality was lacking. This poor quality ultimately led me to comb out my hair and restart the process entirely. Reflecting on the experience, it's clear that £170 was not an acceptable price for the mediocre service provided.
Great customer service.. Highly recommended...Total happy with my starter locks.. The journey begins.. See you again soon. Still continuing to use there excellent services months on.. Highly recommended.
