I spent £300, deeply dissatisfied. Sherona botched my hair colour, the weave was a disaster. I requested a versatile weave for a high bun, but she ignored me. The tight braids and weave caused so much pain, I had to take painkillers. I fear it may cause permanent damage. The haircut was also awful. Avoid this hairdresser at all costs, they only care about money, not customer satisfaction. I'm devastated after saving up for so long to treat myself, all in vain.
