Honestly quite let down. I may have arrived 10 minutes tardy, but I'd prefer a polite refusal if time was short, rather than the result now. This haircut doesn't meet my standards just because 'my lad has straight hair.' I could've managed it myself and saved a tenner. Had to go to a different salon yesterday to fix it. This is how it appeared after I washed it. It also cost me an extra 8 quid. Not that the salon is bad, it's quite pleasant inside. I just wouldn't suggest it if you're seeking a blended look... Odd, considering his hair was cut at the small van at the mills over 2 years ago and it was fantastic. Unfortunate that I can't say the same this time.

Visited a few months back and it was the worst cut I've ever had. I have short hair so just needed a trim. Got home and noticed that at the back, the left side was about an inch short - too short, and the right side was longer. No wonder I wasn't shown the back in a mirror. No point going back as it couldn't be fixed. As for the front, I asked for more off 3 times and when I left, it was still too long. In my opinion, the hairdresser was too engrossed in talking and asking questions and not paying attention. I wrote a review right after my haircut but it vanished!
