I'm rating this place two stars instead of one because the waxing process itself was good - it was my first time and I felt comfortable, not overly exposed, and the pain was manageable. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment as I got dressed after enduring forty painful minutes. Opted for a Hollywood wax, and the outcome was quite sloppy. If it were just a few stray hairs, I could deal with that on my own, but we're talking about large areas that were waxed but still had plenty of hair left. I'm truly let down, and this experience has almost made me swear off waxing altogether. The technician mentioned she would pluck any remaining hairs, but it seems she overlooked the poorly done areas and pretended everything was completed. Don't be enticed by the low cost - you get what you pay for. I regret not spending the usual £35 at a reputable establishment for a better job. I won't be back, and I won't recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely outstanding service! I have very lengthy locks and desired some highlights to enhance my colour. Alex is an incredibly kind individual who transformed my hair into something truly remarkable. It has never looked this fabulous and natural before. The ambiance is so calming, and the staff are simply wonderful. This is now my exclusive hair salon - a trustworthy place to make your hair look stunning.
Everything was superb, from hair to beauty. Can't wait for my next visit!
