Cuts Both Ways

I used to appreciate this place, but recent experiences have been disappointing. My two sons usually get their haircuts here, yet the last visit resulted in the younger one getting nicked. Today, my girlfriend took them, requesting a simple short back and sides. However, it appears as though the stylist used a single clipper size all over, giving them a shocking look. Paying £11 each for a basic cut we could do at home is outrageous. We won't be returning.

I visited the salon for half a head of highlights, but returned home with untouched roots. The stylist explained she only does thin strips, yet my roots remained dark. A week later, she attempted a T-section to cover the roots, but ended up repeating the half head, leaving me fully blonde on top and brown underneath. I was advised to apply toner myself for yellow streaks, as she deemed me too young. Another salon later revealed the highlights were poorly sectioned, resulting in uneven blonde patches. £95 wasted on unnecessary blonde at the bottom, not the roots I wanted.
