I hesitantly ventured into this establishment despite negative feedback, solely for convenience. It turned out to be the worst acrylic nails experience I've ever had. Each nail varied in shape, length, and shade, completely missing the mark. I requested sharp-cornered ballerina nails but ended up with rounded-edge squares, if you can even call them that. I had to repeatedly interrupt the technician to adjust their work, who claimed it was impossible to achieve the style I wanted - a simple look I've sported for years without issue. Hope is absolutely fantastic! I have never left Hope Nails salon dissatisfied with my nails, and they always last longer compared to previous nail experiences. Hope and all the ladies are exceptional! The salon is exquisite, and there is a truly uplifting atmosphere! There have been times when I had to bring my little one along, which can be challenging, but Hope has always made me feel at ease and comfortable even when the baby is crying!
