I recently had my eyebrows shaped by a new employee at the salon, as the person I usually see was unavailable. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. The lady with silver hair, who I assume is the owner, was quite rude and dismissive when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. Customer service training may be needed for her, especially when interacting with clients in such a public setting.
I had a fantastic experience at Perfection Beauty today. The staff were professional and friendly, and my microblading procedure was done perfectly. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service.
I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted a few days before Christmas. Despite specifically asking not to remove any hair from the top of my brows, chunks were missing once the tint faded. I was unable to see the damage in the salon due to excessive tinting. Now, I'm stuck at home waiting for them to grow back. I am extremely upset and will not be returning to this establishment. I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others.
