Vicki is fantastic, I had semi-permanent eyeliner and I could not be happier with how it looks. She is a perfectionist and spent a long time getting the eyeliner to look as she and I desired. Can't wait to return for my top-up and have a chat, Vicki is a lovely person and puts you immediately at ease. I am also having my first laser treatment to remove a very bad tattoo from my shoulder and Vicki talked me through what would happen and how it would be done so I am not worried or nervous. Arrived for a full Valet, expecting an 8am opening as per the website, only to find out they open at 9am. Returned at 9am to be informed they couldn't do a full Valet that day, which could have been communicated earlier when I arrived at 8am. Despite my small car (Corsa), the sign indicated £100 for a full Valet. However, the attendant insisted it was a medium-sized car, bumping the price to £120. When I suggested the Super Valet for £45, they agreed, but astonishingly claimed to finish in just 15 minutes! The quality of work was subpar, prompting me to complete the job myself later on. I even had to remind them to apply tyre shine.
