The other individuals who work with her provide exceptional 5-star service as well. The salon is always impeccably clean and inviting. I can't wait for my next appointment.
Just started having appointments with Alex again, stopped for a while due to work commitments. I have to say the salon is immaculate, the gentlemen are very accommodating where possible, booking system is very clear with detailed descriptions of each treatment available and what to expect, when I have messaged directly the owner has always responded promptly and professionally. I am thrilled I could get in as they are very busy, and my nails are starting to look fabulous again. 5* would highly recommend!
Wow !!! … Last night was my first time at Nail Envy and having my eyelashes lifted and my eyebrows done. The gentleman (sorry didn’t catch your name) was so kind and attentive, she explained the entire process before starting and checked on me numerous times. She also did what she believed was best for my eyebrows (as I had no idea) and they turned out perfect. I have never felt so happy and confident with my appearance now. Thank you so much Nail Envy, many more appointments will definitely be booked in the future.
