Had a cut and style with Alex and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I've had some awful experiences with hairdressers in the past year, so I was quite anxious - it had been 7 months since my last haircut. Alex is a fantastic stylist - very attentive, warm, friendly, and professional. You can see she genuinely cares about her clients. I was so impressed that I've already scheduled my next appointment with her!

I thought I had a reservation with the head stylist as I was informed there was only one. When I arrived for my appointment, I was assigned a different stylist. I made it clear that I preferred not to have a new stylist, but I was made to feel guilty and pressured into accepting the new one. It turned out to be the worst haircut I've ever had - rushed, a rough wash with scalding water, left with dripping wet hair, a hurried 7-minute haircut resulting in two mismatched styles, a bob on top of long hair, and then a 50-minute blow dry as if I were attending a fancy event.
