It's convenient that you no longer need to walk in, but now they are accepting bookings over the phone... their English proficiency isn't the best... and they've stopped offering intricate nail designs, only basic colours now.
On my second visit, my nails were filed too thin, and they started chipping and breaking the next day. This shouldn't happen after just the second gel polish application. My natural nails are usually healthy and strong, which is why I opt for gel polish over tips. I won't be returning, which means I'll have to travel elsewhere for my nail services. Disappointed.
The very first visit was for a nail fix, and it was a delightful experience. Since then, I've tried out various designs, and each one has been a delight! The whole process is consistently smooth and enjoyable, all thanks to the remarkable skill and creativity of the nail technicians. They are true experts in their field, focusing on every tiny detail to ensure perfection. The charming atmosphere only enhances the experience, making every appointment a pleasure. I can't commend them enough for their talent and commitment. I'll definitely be returning for more!
