Disappointed with Aztec spa and TLH facilities. Was told parking was free if using TLH, but received a fine in the post. Spent a lot on spa treatments, bowling, and games. Unhappy with the hidden camera and poor signage leading to the fine. Reception offered no help. Will not be returning due to the parking issue.
Partner and I opted for the Actec Relax package - great value at £80 for fire & ice, massage, and lunch. Added extra treatments for £50 each. The fire & ice session was fantastic, though there were some delays with the heat loungers when busy. Relaxation area was cosy, offering free hot drinks. Massages were top-notch, and lunch was delicious. Despite a wait for the next massage, the fluffy robes and relaxing atmosphere made it enjoyable. Access to the main pool post-spa was a bit noisy. Overall, friendly staff, clean facilities, and minor issues didn't overshadow the great experience.
Came with my partner for the fire and ice experience and Indian head massage. The reception staff seemed rude and rushed. We were directed to the changing room where we found out the ladies shower was out of order. The fire and ice session was only 1 hour, and my treatment was a back massage instead of the Indian head massage I paid for. Disappointed with the service and won't be returning due to the high price for the subpar experience.
