I visited Ivy because Michelle, formerly of Greigs, now works there, and I will certainly return. The service was friendly and excellent, and Michelle gives top-notch haircuts!
I forked out £190 to have Emma match my hair colour to the exact shade of blonde I already had. The salon was pleasant, but it was disheartening for them to accept my payment while my scalp was sore and red. They led me to believe this was normal before a true professional intervened to explain that it was unacceptable. I couldn't put my hair up for a week without discomfort. This was my first time having my hair done professionally, and it will undoubtedly be my last visit to this establishment.
