Alex offers an exceptional service, not only providing brilliant, bespoke, targeted massage but also advice on self-massage or stretching techniques to assist in relieving tension. They are so friendly and welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go and see them. It is a big part of my self-care, and I have found Alex's massages to be very helpful.
Another last minute booking for a massage for my partner and Alex kindly found time to give me a massage too. We both floated out after our respective treatments. What a find! We both like firm massages and agree the massages today were exceptional. Alex found niggles we didn’t even know we had, and skillfully banished them. They’re very professional, friendly and highly skilled. We wish we lived locally but will be sure to plan future visits to Totnes around their working days and availability. I wish we had found their cosy little haven and their therapy skills years ago.
Alex is incredible at what they do. They are friendly, calm and made me feel totally at ease. I have so many aches and pains and after the first massage, I had the best night's sleep I have had in years. I have already booked in for the next few sessions. Would highly recommend!
