Superdrug

I had a truly dreadful experience here. The employees berated my partner and accused him of theft 'without evidence.' The woman making the accusations emptied his belongings and displayed personal items from his backpack in front of onlookers. Despite finding nothing during the search, they persisted in their accusations. She yelled in my face, causing me to cry in front of numerous customers. When we contacted the authorities, she claimed they would not intervene, and Superdrug refused to share the alleged CCTV footage of the alleged theft. This establishment requires new personnel. Not a single staff member handled the situation appropriately. Eventually, after feeling embarrassed for lacking proof to support her claims, she half-heartedly offered an apology😂. Unacceptable! She then proceeded to shout at us as we walked away, declaring we would be banned from all Superdrug stores in the UK. This is not the first occurrence. Unpleasant staff. What an odd bunch.

Children are mistreated and closely monitored here. My daughter visited and was expelled for laughing at a joke, leaving her in tears when she returned home. I am extremely displeased by this treatment.

Avoid visiting near closing time. With only thirty minutes left before closing, all but one register open, resulting in long queues while staff idly stood by. Perhaps consider conducting cash reconciliation after closing to better serve your customers!!!!
