I rang to schedule an appointment and the individual who picked up was shockingly impolite, answering with a brusque "WHO'S THERE." I inquired if it was agora clinic but received no response before being abruptly disconnected. Upon calling back, assuming I had dialled incorrectly, the same person was again discourteous and disinterested in my reason for calling. Despite this, I explained, only to be told that the reason for their rudeness was a previous caller asking if they were the call centre (???). I fail to see the relevance to new clients, but fine. Upon realising I was a new client (still with a rude manner), they offered to transfer my call to someone else. I declined, stating that if they were rude, I couldn't fathom the rest of the team. So, thank you for your extreme rudeness and appalling attitude.
