Took my daughters for nail treatments at Vama. The first visit was fantastic, nails looked stunning. However, the service for my eldest daughter's first set was disappointing as the nails had to be redone. Although they fixed it, the refills started popping off in less than 2 weeks. Contacted the shop and was told this was normal, which shouldn't be the case after just a week and a half.
My daughter went to Vama for a lash lift and tint, and I am absolutely horrified by the results. There was a significant amount of glue left on her eyelids, causing them to be stuck together. Her eyes were watery, swollen, sore, and bloodshot. What kind of products are they using here? I strongly advise against visiting this place - attempts to communicate with them were futile, and no refund was even offered. Appalling service.
What an exceptional visit to Vama today! Many thanks to R for the precise and flawless eyebrow and lip threading - truly professional work! Absolutely delighted. And a big thank you to M for the outstanding leg waxing and toe painting. Another display of professionalism and great conversation! Highly recommended!
