Miss Lillies has excelled once more. Sent some blooms, last Friday 25th August 2023, to an elderly pal feeling unwell and she was truly touched by their beauty. This flower shop has consistently delivered top-notch arrangements over the years for various occasions. I've been gifted flowers by pals through big online retailers multiple times. None compare to Miss Lillies. My previous feedback, below, remains true.
Placed an order 4 days ahead for a birthday bouquet. On the delivery day, got a message at 11 AM that the florist is unwell, travelling without internet access, disrupting a birthday celebration without the decency to inform a day prior to arrange alternatives. A letdown for me, #disappointment this store. Appreciate the refund, a considerate gesture from your end 🤢
