I had a rather unfortunate experience here. I specifically requested natural lashes, but the technician ended up applying Russian lashes instead. This was quite disappointing for me. When I brought up the issue, the technician insisted that they were indeed natural lashes. I contacted the establishment the following day to express my dissatisfaction, but unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up. I had no choice but to remove the lashes myself as they were causing significant discomfort to my eyes.
