I'd rate customer service and value poorly. My experience at Lynette's Studio 9 was disappointing. They lure you in with lower prices, then charge extra for necessary touch-ups. I paid £79 for eyebrows, then an additional £49 for a top-up before any work was done. The cost for eyeliner also increased from £79 to £89. Despite promises of long-lasting results, my eyeliner vanished in days. Lynette demanded more money for a redo, which I declined. The warmest, most welcoming reception from Alex upon arrival. Made to feel at ease, clear instructions post-treatment, and guidance on aftercare. Always greeted with a smile and a genuinely nice individual. Just 12 days post-treatment, and I've already noticed a significant improvement.
