First visit yesterday. Beds were comfortable and warm. The receptionist was welcoming and provides guidance on using the tanning equipment. Equipment is sanitized after each use. Complimentary wipes and deodorant were available on a shelf, a thoughtful gesture for those without their own.
Exceptional tanning beds, undoubtedly the finest in the area, with a team of friendly and supportive staff. I wholeheartedly endorse the Tredegar salon.
I visited this place specifically for the standing tanning bed. Unfortunately, the machine has been out of order for 5 weeks. My daughter purchased a package earlier, but it seemed to have vanished from the system. While the staff remembered and allowed its use, there was a discrepancy over the last 16 minutes due to a new employee's refusal. I requested to allocate 9 minutes to my daughter, but that request was denied. With 48 minutes remaining, I have no intention of using them all, as I feel this establishment does not deserve my future patronage. I am deeply disappointed and eagerly await the opening of the new tanning bed.
