Sasha is absolutely marvellous. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Every time we visit the salon we receive 5* treatment. Nothing is too much for her! Brilliant 😁
Absolutely splendid service from both Sasha and Sam today. Exceptional with our 3 autistic children and patience of saints. Had fantastic trims for all 3 boys and the customer service is unparalleled. Completely put the children at ease and made us feel at ease with them. Will definitely be using The Locks for every family haircut from now on. Thank you both xx
First time I've been here and what a marvellous impression. Off the charts attention to detail and a really friendly, calm atmosphere. Sam was exceptional and money well spent, surprisingly good value for money. I will definitely be returning.
