I usually enjoy visiting this store as the staff are generally pleasant and polite. However, my recent experience collecting a prescription was disappointing. Despite the shop being busy, the young woman who served me was rude, interrupting me and talking over my responses. Regardless of age, customers deserve respect and courtesy.
