I had a complete set of highlights done by Emily, she was wonderful, and I adore my hair. I also had a manicure from Alice, which was equally fantastic, and she was amazing too. I have been using Serene for all of my hair removal needs for the past 5-6 years, and honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough! I always have Alice, and she is absolutely delightful. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable and at ease, and always does an outstanding job. My skin is consistently soft and smooth after each appointment! While I haven't tried other treatments like hair colouring or nails, the rest of the team are friendly and welcoming. The decor is effortlessly stylish, and you instantly feel relaxed as you step in, knowing you're in for a pampering session! The prices are very reasonable, and the service is top-notch. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars!
