Highly recommend this hair salon. Had an Exceptional stylist. For the first time, felt heard and understood. She took time to understand my desires and needs and then dedicated ample time to ensure the cut was flawless. Received many compliments on my hair looking fabulous. Despite the higher cost compared to other salons, it was worth it as they truly considered my preferences.
Once had a hair appointment with Georgia that was fantastic, but the colour faded quickly. The next visit resulted in a disastrous colour job that needed multiple corrections, leaving me disliking the outcome, and my hair suffered from the excessive treatment. On another occasion, asked for a restyle with pictures as reference, only to have 5 inches more than requested cut off, resulting in a boyish haircut and a poorly done dye job. Never returning. Although a partial refund was provided, it took over a year to regrow my hair.
Initial meeting. Warmly welcomed. Satisfied with helpful and expert guidance. Eagerly awaiting the outcome.
