Absolutely top-notch every time and the proprietors are such delightful individuals. Would highly recommend.
Visited this establishment for a gel manicure, priced at £15. Did not meet expectations, a messy outcome. Gel started chipping/peeling within a day, as someone experienced with gel manicures I knew this was not typical. Contacted to express dissatisfaction, upon return, the attendant simply filed off the chipped/peeled areas (leaving the remaining gel intact) and applied another thick layer of gel which appeared lumpy and uneven. Regrettably, they began peeling off once more immediately, leading me to remove them myself. Either the gel application is incorrect or low-quality gel products are being used. A complete waste of £15.
Strongly recommend!! Personnel were incredibly pleasant and approachable. My lashes turned out stunning and endured quite a while as well. Will definitely come back!
