On my second visit, I had a great experience with the facial and I adore the therapist who performed it. I will definitely return for that. However, when I tried the Hollywood wax this time, the therapist who handled it was very poor. It made for a very painful experience. I had booked for hot wax (which is what I paid for) but she mostly used strip wax. She seemed to struggle with the hot wax. After 10 minutes, I was regretting why I chose to come here and have an inexperienced person do this job. I will not be returning for this service. She did a decent job with my eyebrows though.
This charming salon was a new discovery for me. The service was very meticulous and it was the best waxing experience I've had in a long while. The therapist made sure I was satisfied throughout. I will certainly be returning. The pricing was also very good. I left feeling very happy.
I have been frequenting this salon for 5 years now. Emma is exceptional at all the treatments she provides and is incredibly knowledgeable. I wouldn’t consider trusting anyone else to handle my eyebrows! The entire team there has always been extremely professional. The pricing is reasonable and the services are consistently top-notch.
