If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I booked a "Festival hair" appointment for 2 French braids at the back and 2 buns on top (I checked beforehand if they could do this style, they said yes). Once seated, the stylist struggled with the braids, so I suggested doing them on top instead, to which she agreed. After struggling with the top braids, she only managed to do one messy braid. I told her to forget it and just do the buns... after another 20 minutes, all she did was tie my hair in pigtails and brush them!! She even attempted to use hair donuts for the buns, but couldn't get it right. She then tried to backcomb the pigtails and curl the hair back up, which looked absurd. After sitting for about 45 minutes, I had enough and left. I do not recommend this salon as the staff struggle with even the simplest hairstyles.
“My hair is amazing!” This is the feedback from our 11-year-old child who visited Look Forward on short notice with tangled hair after a lot of beach time. We thought we might have to cut it off. Alex at Look Forward patiently untangled each knot successfully and then restyled her hair. I highly recommend Alex and the team at Look Forward.
Every visit is a delight, Alex always does fantastic work.
