I usually enjoy this place but unfortunately, I was not overly satisfied with the service this time. Since the change in ownership, they now require payment upfront which I found unusual. Additionally, they confiscated my old loyalty card and refused to honour the stamps. Although the massage itself was good, it began late (around 10 minutes) even though I arrived early, and ended on time, meaning I received a 45-50 minute massage instead of the full 60 minutes. I didn't have the chance to express my concerns and feel like I didn't receive the full treatment I paid for!
A fantastic massage that alleviated my migraine and the neuropathy in my feet. I felt completely refreshed afterwards and even bought a massage as a gift for my father and a friend. The atmosphere was delightful, the staff were very friendly, professional, and the place was spotless.
Had a couples massage today with my partner and it was genuinely one of the most relaxing experiences I've had! The staff were extremely welcoming and the two therapists who worked on us were exceptionally kind and attentive! I highly recommend this establishment as they truly cater to your specific needs and also target areas you didn't even realize were tense! Strongly recommend
