I must give 5 stars to this salon as they provided me with exceptional gentlemen's haircut service today. My haircut looks very stylish and neat. The staff members are extremely courteous and friendly. The cleanliness of the salon is top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5. Additionally, they offered me a student discount which I greatly appreciate. I have decided to become a regular customer here and highly recommend their men's hairdressing services to others. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
I can only award 1 star due to the unprofessional service I received. The hairdressers were not skilled professionals. Initially, the lady quoted a price of 120 for half-head highlights, but when it came time to pay at the register, she demanded 130. I was in a rush to leave the salon, and the experience was far from pleasant. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that some highlights were missing on the left side of my hair. The lady did not inform me about the products being used during the process. It was only after the highlights were done that she disclosed the products used. They did not consult me on the choice of colour either.
Recently underwent a hair makeover, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new hair colour and haircut! It turned out exactly as I had envisioned. The customer service at Sunray Beauty Lounge was outstanding. It was my first visit to the salon, and both the gentleman and the lovely lady provided the best service possible. I want to commend the gentleman who made my hair incredibly smooth, silky, and beautiful. His dedication to his work is truly impressive. I adore SUNRAY xxx... 😘
