I've been frequenting this establishment for over 2 years, and since the change in ownership, the quality has been declining. My recent acrylic nail appointment was a disaster - it took 2 hours just to apply them, and I had to return for the white tips as my parking ticket was expiring. Despite the quick seating, the acrylics were poorly done and the white tips started chipping the next day! I've never had such a quick deterioration in quality before.
The staff here are delightful, they were incredibly patient with my particular preferences. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails, and they last a remarkable 6 weeks!
