After getting shellac done on a Tuesday, it began peeling off by Wednesday. The individual who did them, possibly the receptionist, seemed inexperienced and used the wrong products. The application was sloppy, and I was charged the full price despite the poor quality. Upon contacting the salon, the same receptionist advised me to return for an inspection. I plan to visit soon, demanding a refund and avoiding further damage to my nails.
For my prom, I decided to get my hair, nails, and makeup done at this salon. The hairstyling was perfect, exactly what I wanted - a solid 10/10. However, the nail service felt rushed and lacking care. The technician seemed more engaged with another customer, making me feel neglected and receiving a 5/10 for the nails. The makeup application was a disaster - 1/10. The products seemed old and expired, and the results were subpar. I was highly disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning.
Upon visiting a salon on Barnsley Road, I found the service to be quite unprofessional. The individual named Vickey was heard speaking negatively about clients behind their backs. For a more pleasant nail experience, I would suggest trying out Cotton and Rose, where Vickey used to work on Barnsley Road. I have been a loyal customer since their opening and have always received outstanding service.
