I should've believed the feedback. I opted for eyebrow threading, and it was a disaster. One brow is thick, the other thin. Initially unnoticed, my colleagues pointed out the difference. I strongly advise against this establishment. Steer clear of this threading salon. I regret my visit.
I visited Muskaan Brow bar today for brow treatment. The experience was dreadful. The technician shaped my brows unevenly, with one arch higher than the other. It was so noticeable, even my 11-year-old child noticed. When I requested a fix, the technician insisted it was fine. Another staff member attempted to help but couldn't rectify it. I left with misshapen brows and will NEVER return! Avoid Muskaan Brow Bar at all costs. I would rate it zero stars if possible.
I went for eyebrow tinting and waxing. The ambiance was terrible, and the technician was impolite. My brows ended up looking asymmetrical, with tint smeared all over my face! The customer service was abysmal, and the overall service was disappointing. I won't be returning. If I could, I'd rate it -1. Avoid this establishment.
