Lovely place, fair fee, top-notch therapist. I availed of Alex's services a few years back and she sorted out a few back issues that had been causing me discomfort. Over the years, my hips have worsened due to my running and training habits. Despite being retired now, I still enjoy road biking, walking, and rowing, but have given up running to reduce strain. I underwent a hip replacement four years ago, but that hasn't slowed me down. Recently, I started experiencing back discomfort, along with pain in other joints. Without hesitation, I returned to Alex. She identified the issue as my right sacroiliac joint and a pelvic misalignment, along with tight hamstrings. The muscles on the right side of my spine were tense, causing discomfort that extended to my hip and groin. Alex addressed the problem with hands-on therapy. After just one session, the tension in my back eased, and the pain in the joint subsided. I've had multiple appointments since then, and while my initial issue is improving, Alex is now addressing other minor discomforts in my neck and legs. Alex has a calm demeanor and explains her techniques thoroughly. She also recommends complementary exercises and equipment, and sends me relevant exercise videos. Overall, she's a fantastic therapist, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Have visited 5 times now and had wonderful massages there every time. All staff are very friendly and the girls have seen have been professional, fun and a joy to have massages from. My last visit the massage was by Yoyo who was great.
