My initial visit here today to meet Cara. A delightful woman, truly a people's person. She swiftly pinpointed my issue and assured me it's treatable. I felt heard with compassion. She suggested a YouTube mobility routine, tried one already and feeling a bit better, optimistic for full recovery. Highly recommend!
I dropped by on 2.2.24. Saw alexia, due to neck pain, headaches, and swallowing trouble since Christmas. Many doctor visits and tests in January found no issues. Instantly felt comfortable with her, shared my problems, she was warm and we discussed her treatment plan for me. After the session, next day, no more aches, swallowing improved significantly. First time feeling well in a month! Been well since, back for a follow-up today 9.2.24. Sleeping well, no neck pain, no headaches for a week now! Highly recommend, she'll ease your nerves, improved all my initial symptoms. Will return without hesitation for any future aches.
