Utterly irate, paid for 9 minutes on a bed only to use less than 5 minutes due to staff controlling the timer externally. Couldn't even change and apply tanning cream before the bed activated on its own. Instructed to press a start button upon getting on, I was caught off guard as I was still preparing. The numbers were ticking away without my realization, and the bed's surface was still cold upon my exit. I go in the mornings to avoid crowds, and there was no justification as no one else was waiting. I observe people coming and going frequently, but this was my first and final visit.
