Chucky and Cindy are highly skilled professionals, and I have always been satisfied with their work.
I must retract my initial 5-star review from 10 months ago. Today, I experienced a significant decline in service quality. My full set of nails, which should have lasted 14 days, snagged off after only 8 days. In my 15 years of experience, this has never occurred before. The pedicure and full set took an excessive 3 hours to complete. The nail tech faced difficulties in gluing the nails, leading to a subpar result. Despite multiple requests, the nails were not shaped as requested, and inconsistencies in length and shape were evident. Following the appointment, my cuticles began to protrude, causing discomfort due to excessive filing. I discovered leftover acrylic underneath my nails, indicating poor attention to detail. This experience was a disappointment, despite the usual calm atmosphere and hospitality of the salon.
I visited the salon for a nail and feet treatment yesterday. Unfortunately, my service was abruptly stopped halfway through and I was asked to pay before they would continue. This made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. After payment, the service was rough and the design I requested was not followed properly, leading to a disappointing outcome. I do not recommend this nail shop and will not be returning. The quality of the nails was poor, requiring me to spend additional money at another salon to correct them. During the pedicure, both of my feet were cut.
