I was refused entry 28/10/23 at 17.15pm by the Gentleman Owner..I asked him what is the problem. He replied in a harsh and rude manner saying that we are closed..This is no way to treat customers. They need to be more transparent and not make up false closing times on their website. The Facebook website states the closing time is 18.00pm on a Saturday. They have No Morals, Principles, Or Proper Work Ethics..
Depending on who does your hair they can be lovely or absolutely horrible. Have just left feeling really disappointed. Hair extensions way too thick. Highlights messy and not blended well. I have been here many times over the years but have had 3 bad experiences including uneven cuts (to be told that is the way my hair naturally falls but it wasn't like that when I came in 🤣) and colour fading quickly. They fix it if you go back but I don't want to keep wasting my time going back and forwards. Will have to find somewhere new 🤷♀️
Been here couple of times for a blow-dry, hair has been lovely and despite having a bit of a problem one time it was rectified immediately with no issues
