My first visit to Francesco's Walsall was truly fantastic!! The team were incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease and Ellie did a fantastic job with my hair.. I would highly suggest them!!
My appointment was cancelled 40 minutes prior and the explanation was due to, of pupils studying. I arranged the day off work, and was driving on the motorway to my appointment. I wasn't offered a reduction for next time, or to reschedule with a professional. I sense the price list is biased towards afro hair. The receptionist was apologetic but I that's not good enough. Has I feel there was no genuine consideration has a customer.
