I recently visited Faz Barbers, and while the customer service was polite and welcoming, the overall experience left much to be desired. The primary issue was the excessive amount of time required for the entire process. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I was kept waiting far longer than expected before being attended to. Once the haircut began, the pace of the service felt unnecessarily slow and drawn out, making the experience frustrating and inefficient.
