This salon is a complete disaster, with an unpleasant atmosphere and a lack of basic courtesy. It is best to avoid it altogether.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. The employees, particularly a woman named Zahra, displayed unprofessional behaviour. My visit for eyebrow services resulted in one eyebrow being thickened while the other was thinned, with the stylist insisting that one was flawed. I was charged for a service that was not performed adequately, as no soothing gel was applied post-treatment.
I am extremely dissatisfied with being charged £15 for a simple trim at the nape of my neck. It took a mere 3 minutes and left my hair with visible scissor marks. When I inquired about adding layers, I was quoted £25. This visit was a follow-up to a previous cut where the sides were significantly shorter than the back, for which I was charged £25 as well. Despite knowing my dissatisfaction, the stylist showed no interest in rectifying the issue; their sole focus seemed to be on making money. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to steer clear. They are solely focused on monetary gain.
