The receptionist was unwelcoming and displayed attitude, while other staff members were unprofessional, eating and engaging in personal grooming at the front desk. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service. You can receive better service elsewhere for the same price, so I recommend saving your money and seeking treatment elsewhere.

I would strongly advise against visiting this place and wasting your money. I went for a massage three weeks ago and specifically requested a relaxing massage, emphasizing that I did not want any Thai or deep tissue techniques, only gentle relaxation. However, the masseuse ignored my requests and used excessive pressure with her forearm and elbow, causing me significant discomfort. Despite my repeated pleas for her to stop and only provide a soothing massage, she continued to apply force, even causing pain in my ribs. When I asked her to stop, she proceeded to use scratchy towels for a neck massage, which was rough and uncomfortable. I had to end the session early due to the pain. Upon speaking to the manager about my experience, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. Three weeks later, I am still experiencing discomfort. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Never again!

I had a fantastic massage experience at this establishment. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a comfortable environment for me. I am looking forward to returning in the future for another relaxing session!
