If I could rate this a 0 star I would. The experience here was absolutely AWFUL. My two brothers came in to get a haircut which in total was £80. We showed the hairdresser Millicent what specific haircut and style they wanted. She did the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. It looked completely different to what was asked. They are 14 and 15 and she used that to her advantage as this was their first haircut. We spoke to the manager she did absolutely nothing about it and didn’t seem to care about customer service which goes to show what type of a business they run. I would not recommend coming here and getting your haircut there are lots of other amazing places to go to. Very disappointed won’t be coming back.

I have been going to this hair salon for over 12 months now. Georgina is just the most wonderful person and hairdresser. I go every 5 weeks and it’s just a great experience. Such a friendly atmosphere and my colour and cut is perfect. Thank you Georgina x
